Director of Operations
Allison has worked in the mental health field for over 5 years. She runs the day to day to operations and is always ready to listen and problem-solve. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her 3 now grown "children" and her puppy, reading, putting together Legos, and the color pink.
Office Manager
Sarah is the smiling face you'll see sitting at the front desk when you walk in. She manages the front office and scheduling. When she is not at work, she enjoys painting, spending time with her family and friends, and playing with her dog Minnie.
Jason graduated from Lewis-Clark State College with his degree in Social Work. He has training in EMDR and Skills System. In his free time, he enjoys reading and watching TV. He also enjoys traveling to the Washington and Oregon coast and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
Barbara graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her degree in Social Work. She is fully trained in EMDR with a focus on trauma. She is also registered as a Play Therapist, but no longer works with small children. She is widowed and the mother of 3 adult children. Barbara loves the water, theater productions, movies, traveling, animals, and the color green. She enjoys getting together with family and friends, attending community events, and Summer time in CDA.

Zack graduated from Eastern Washington University with his degree in Social Work. He then earned a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology, along with a minor in Political Science. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family at their property at the lake. His hobbies include motorcycles, and training in the outdoors to learn and improve ways to become self-sufficient in order to provide and protect his family and rely less on current technology.
