Medication Management (Adults)

Katherine Hevly, PHMNP-BC, provides psychiatric medication management to members over age 18. She has over 15 years of experience working within psychiatry. Kathy is accepting new patients with Blue Cross (If you are in the Kootenai Care Network we will need a GAP referral), IPN, United, private pay, and Regence Insurance. Appointments are via telehealth at our office. AT THIS TIME WE HAVE A WAITING LIST for NEW PATIENTS. Lindsay Richerson, DNP, PHMNP-BC, offers expertise in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental illness. At this time all appointments are at our office via Telehealth. Lindsay is NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. Fred Itveldt, PMHNP-BC, provides evaluation and monitoring of psychiatric medications along with prescribing when necessary to manage symptoms. Fred is NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.


At this time, we have a wait list for counseling services. Our therapists offer a wide range of services in a safe, supportive, and caring environment to help members with personal growth and improving their well-being. We are offering Telehealth sessions as well as limited face to face sessions at this time.

Peer Support (Adults)

Peer Support providers model mutuality, trust, recovery, and coping skills. Peer Support providers help members problem solve barriers and regain control of their lives. This service is available for members with Optum, Blue Cross MMCP or IM PLUS plans, or as private pay.

Case Management and CBRS

Case Management assists members to access community resources through linking and coordination services to meet their basic needs and increase stability in their lives. CBRS providers teach members skills lost as a result of their mental health condition. Members relearn social, basic living skills, budgeting, and financial management skills for independent living. These services may be available for members with Optum, Blue Cross MMCP or IM PLUS plans, or as private pay.
